Our Language Schools
Genius was established in 2010 and we have grown to be the largest, most trusted and organised language school in Phuket. We currently have 2 language schools located in Patong and Cherngtalay. Foreigners can learn Thai with our with ED Visa Course (Education Visa). We also offer an English course for Thais, allowing you to travel abroad. We can arrange your visa too. Other courses to study are Chinese, French, German, Russian and Italian. With 9 air-conditioned classrooms, we can accommodate a full range of language courses and lessons for groups, private and business.
Ed Visa Language Course
Learn Thai with an Education Visa, valid for 1 year. Choose a 200 hrs course which works out to be only 150 Baht per hour. We have a great team of teachers who make learning fun and practical, to help you communicate with Thai people. Our course is an official government accredited course. All Ed Visa courses in Phuket are checked by immigration regulary. We have dedicated staff to make sure your visa application and extensions are easy.
Foreign Language for Thais
Study a foreign language at Genius and we arrange an international visa for you to travel abroad and visit other countries for example; England, France, USA, Italy. Learning a foreign language for Thai people creates a huge advantage for your career or job, especially in Phuket. Many tourists from all over the world come to Phuket on vacation and the most used languages are English and Chinese.
Language For Business
Good English is essential for businesses in Phuket. We run specialised courses for tourist, hotel and service-industry businesses and it’s aimed at giving Thai employees excellent customer service language skills. We provide options for Chinese and Russian as part of the programme. Some of our clients include Jungceylon, PEA, Wachira Hospital and Loch Palm.
TEFL Teaching Course
Teaching English is Thailand is a great experience. The children are delightful and friendly. Phuket is amazing with 30+ islands, beaches, nightlife, affordable living and a relaxed, health-focused environment. Our TEFL course (Teach English as Foreign Language) is 140 hrs and takes 6 weeks to complete. It gives you the essential skills to start teaching in Thailand. There is a great demand for English teachers in Phuket and we have very good connections with the primary schools in the area.
